Hi all,
I'm in the process of building a single skin block garage in the garden, it's up to wall plate height and I'm doing that tomorrow.
It's 6m X 4m and the joists will be running side to side, so 4m span
I'm doing a flat roof with 2" X 6" joists @ 400mm centres.
The question is about the furrings to get the fall, cutting the long wedges to fix on the joists to get the fall would be a bit of a pain without a table saw.
So, can I just fix an extra timber on top of the wall plate on one side, thus giving a fall when the joists are laid on top?
TIA
