New member...please help with setting heating.

Hi everyone.

I'm hoping someone can help we have moved into a new house and I have no clue about the heating, we have a new baby so I need it coming on at certain times to maintain the right temperature for her. I'm usually pretty good with things like this but I just can't figure out how to set times up? I have the the heating on twice but the times it comes on and off varies day to day, which means I end up having it on constant a lot! I know it doesn't seem like a major problem but it is stressing me out with my baby girl. I've posted pic of the front of the boiler so if anyone could help me that would be so great. Thanks xx
