New Plug Sockets

Hi
We are installing a new plug socket, we have taken the power from an existing fused socket switch that powers a storage heater.

Our new socket doesnt seem to work! could this be because the storage heater supply is on E7?

Any suggestions?

yes. the power to your storage heaters is night time only. And this will be a 16-20A fuse, not enough for the heater and the socket.
