New switch old wiring

Good morning, so I'm replacing my light switches after decorating. The old switch fell apart when I was removing it. I've swapped all the wires over but now the downstairs hall light turns on in the office position and the upstairs light doesn't work when the switch is turned on downstairs I will be replacing the metal case in the wall as the screw has snapped off so will be fitting an earth from the new case to the faceplate. Any help would be much appreciated. I've changed light switches in the past. This one has me stumped

Cant see the new switch markings properly...is the link going between the 2 x coms?

The link should be between the 2 coms, you haven't done that...
 
Swap the red and black round on the 2 way switch....

And move the black (switch wire) to the next terminal on the one way.
