New two-way light switch issues

Have just replaced our old two-way light switch controlling the landing light (just the upstairs switch, not the downstairs) being careful to use the same configuration. The landing light works, but now the two bedroom and bathroom lights now only work when the landing light is switched on.

Ive attached a photo of the way it is currently wired. As I say, I swapped out the wires like for like with the old switch, but is there anything out of the ordinary here?

Red wires are mixed up.

You also need to attach the earth cables from the back box to the switch faceplate.

I THINK it's a question of moving one red wire and don't forget to add the earth linkto the plate terminal

Absolutely. you would not expect the com terminal to have 2 wires.
