I thought you tied your colours to the mast when you said you were leaving the UK back in 2019 due to the result of the Brexit vote. What happened - did your pretty bow come undone?
Thick as sh*t mottie still doesn't realise that the brexit vote took away the choice...

But then that is no suprise, because it knows sh*t all about anything

Ah, so the Brexit result that caused you to write your 'up yours' post to the forum is now the reason you can't go. Eh? How does that work? Please explain. (n)

Just admit it - you opened your fat mouth about leaving the U.K. before you found out that you couldn't go because you weren't wanted in your partners country so it was excuse after excuse. In December 2019 you claimed that the Brexit vote WAS the cause of your choice to leave the UK. Then it was the pandemic that stopped you from leaving, then it was waiting for your youngest to get his exams "done and dusted". Do you remember those excuses? Both those events have passed now so are no longer valid. You've run out of excuses now, haven't you - who's the thick one now?:LOL::LOL:

yeah I recall that caper probably found out the cost of health insurance so did a quick u turn ;)

but johnson never had a party tis obvious

Things have caused people to forget the fundamental aspect of the whole thing. Allowing what was happening to happen is unacceptable conduct from a PM.

Him attending "events" is an entirely different subject. The real question is did he know they were going on and allowed them to continue or be arranged. It's pretty obvious that he did according to some.

As it turns out the switch of attention may well allow him to get away with it. The MET aspect concerns fines for breaking covid laws not the the way a PM handles his workforce and things he allows them to do. The whole No10 culture in other words, That does reflect on him directly and on no one else,

In fairness John, the impression I get from people I speak to is they're bored of all this now and just want him to be left to get on with running the country, and that includes people who don't like him. It's gone on too long, it's boring and trivial.
He's not going to be deposed for having a glass of wine and a slice of birthday cake whilst at work, the police aren't going to rock up at no.10 and arrest him, it's just getting silly now.
