If you are planning on building works, always talk to your neighbours upfront to ensure they are not going to sign any letters reveiced from this vile company. They are charging a ridiculous amount, are very aggressive and are a bunch of opportunistic people. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. Never. Ever. I will report them to Watchdog and will make it my mission they are not ever going to con anyone into signing up with them.
