I didn't claim that Italy had the only far right-wing Government in the EU.

Hungary is currently in contravention of the ECJ's rulings.

Greece is slightly different because the migrants are subject to the political leanings of the various decentralised authorities.
Greece does receive enormous amount of funding from EU to help with its refugee problems.
That particular problem you highlighted is the current impasse with France on the acceptance of refugees from rescue boats.

The leader of one who has a "cabinet" with pro EU members. She says she wont be saying Brussels this and that any more. They all will ave looked at how the UK got on and while there are none Brexit aspects that one figures.

It is more or less instant. Look at any country that has outspoken right wing leaders and the effect their statements have upon say the Asian or African population. The instant Trump or any other moron, starts spouting their bile, moron right wingers take that as being license to become the arbiters of the law against foreigners or anyone foreign looking.
