No earth on Light Fitting

I have bought this light fitting which is made from metal - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00OHR03RC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have an earth cable from the ceiling but no where to connect it, should there be an earth connection? If not then can I just choc bloc the earth?

If the light is double insulated - there will be a symbol like two squares one inside the other - then an earth bus not needed. Just term block the earth conductor

The item claims to have a ceiling rose.

This is what should be inside a ceiling rose.

Just two cable going into a small cased choc bloc. No earth on the metal case.

Two CABLES? Or do you mean two WIRES?

How many cables coming out of the ceiling?

Sorry, so 3 wires from the ceiling, live, neutral, earth.

2 Wires in the lamp fitting, Neutral and live.

Did you find the double insulated symbol?

Ah yes it does have a sticky on the inside with two squares on it, one inside the other.

Ok, so just connect it up with the earth wire in a bit of chocblock.
Simples!
