NO HEAT UPSTAIRS RADIATOR DOWNSTAIRS FINE

Temporary fix has been to force water into the bottom of the furnace to about 11 psi, then i bleed the radiators until i get water. This works for about two weeks or so then I lose heat upstairs. Any help or suggestions would be great !!
