Hello, we have a glow worm ultimate boiler and a hot water cylinder upstairs with a water tank in the loft, yesterday the pilot light went out, I got it back on but still there's no heat or hot water, the pipes above the glow worm had a very small amount of heat to them and none of the rads had air in them when bleeding, when we use the thermostat on the wall it clicks and you hear the normal noises from the cylinder but nothing happens, can anyone help?

Possibly thermostat fault as I can't see a overheat thermostat on the boiler.
