There's been petitions etc to scrap the tolls on the Humber Bridge, as this is thought to be good for the local economy. The Government has of course rejected it, even though the extortionate prices do not even cover the interest.
if we can pick up the tab for the 2012 London oylimpics we can free our roads of tolls so our little think of the fuel the country must have saved over the years,
