No nonsense is not a brand I would use so can't really comment on the product.
I always whisk with a power tool and it is possible to over mix it. Likewise, by hand, it will likely be under-mixed.

Thanks..I will get a mixer tool..will it do mortar mixing as well..if so could help as well

Part of the trick with leveling compound, is not only to use a power mixer, but to have someone else adding to the bucket whilst you mix. It mixes in much quicker, and has less risk of getting overmixed.
