Not enough space for two architraves

I’ve ripped off all my old architraves and plan to replace them with torus architrave. This bedroom door is next to a cupboard and I’m wondering how I deal with this as there is no enough space for two torus architrave uprights.
Measurements can be seen in the image.

I would appreciate your advice on this.

looks like you have around 140mm with a say 5mm setback each side [total 150mm face to face ]
i would run two legs off architrave through the table saw at say 70mm with excess off the back edge then fix both these in at what ever set back it gives you and work round from there
then iff you do get a bit out its just the setback that changes
make sure you check the parallel top to bottom and adjust iff needed along the length

mind and cut off the point on the head to match reduced size before fiting

Looking at that image, I think I have 125mm once the setback is factored in. The door frame is 30mm.

The torus architraves are 690mm wide. I guess I need to rip off as much as is required to butt them side by side.

i assume you mean 69mm ??
yes sit them back to back checking they run fully parallel to door frames or adjust
also looking at the picture its hard to tell iff the heads are identical
now iff the portion cut off is blank and square with no lines or details then treat both side architraves as individual at there own level but iff you cut off a say groove that will still be a feature on the head to match up both sides to look correct but not a feature i expect on torus
