Now Resolved :-) -HIVE Radiator TRV ... Screen display working but the display is upside down?

Hi All, I have HIVE Smart heating installed throughout the house. Oddly, one of the TRV Screen displays is upside down? Has anyone come across this before, or have any ideas as to how i could rectify? HIVE have no answers and the warranty ran out in September 24! ... I can confirm it is NOT 61 degrees C in my house!

Under "Manage devices", in the Hive app, what does changing the "Valve Position" do?

Thank you so much! You are absolutely spot on! It must have been knocked to horizontal at some point as rather than 81 degrees, it now reads at 18! You know a lot more than HIVE do! Thank you!

Not bad for an educated guess - I haven't got Hive, or seen the feature documented anywhere.
