I have a DIY Kitchen Cabinets and I putted a two lights in a kitchen cabinets and tow halogen lights over a kitchen window. I think if you use a dimmer lights then it will better to spread light equally in a kitchen. But, it is depends on a space in a kitchen cabinets where you can place lights perfectly in a kitchen.
