I am very sorry to hear that the manufacturer's engineer could not fix it for you. We expect a 100% service from manufacturers.
If I had installed it, I would expect an apology from the MD of Vokera!
But when I was invited to an installers day at their North London premises, I was asked to move my vehicle from their car park "because I had parked in their MD's parking space". I had to park about 1/2 mile away in a very dodgy place! Thats the respect they gave to me---nil !
Since then I have made sure that I have NEVER ever bought a Vokera Boiler !
Of course, I expected an apology from them but of course they never gave one. They still can and I will pay for the call to 0800 018 8008
