Odd size downlight hole

I have inherited this porch that has an ancient downlight that I want to change. My problem is that the current hole has a diameter of about 8-8.5cm, and all the spots I've seen on the market (GU10) require a 7cm hole and have an outside diameter of 8cm. Are there any solutions to this problem, apart from replastering the ceiling?

You would need to replaster the whole ceiling either, just patch the hole up!
Square cut the hole, use plasterboard off cut, adhesive, bonding and skim and recut. or bodge it with one coat!

Well, you haven't look too far. Many of the adjustable GU10 downlights are about 85mm cut out.
