Oil based undercoat error

So I've painted woodwork with Dulux Professional undercoat, oil based, though I intend to paint with emulsion. Bit of a mistake.

I'm thinking I'd need to prime this when its dry for a good emulsion bond. I have some Setcrete acrylic primer here, will this do the trick??

I don't see a major problem with emulsion going on top of oil-based undercoat.

Straight on after oil based undercoat (is that really oil?)

oh def oil based, needed turps to clean the brush and it's pretty strong smelling.

I am confused, why would you consider using an acrylic floor primer (Setcrete) over oil based undercoat(as per your link)?

I you want to apply waterbased eggshell over the oil based undercoat then go ahead. Wait a week or so for the undercoat to cure, if you don't you may get fisheyes in the finish. Cured oil based undercoats are fine to apply water based eggshell over provided that you wait for the solvents to evaporate off.

Emulsion over wood work is just wrong on many levels.

Titanium Dioxide is common to many paints, particularity exterior paints. It is frequently used as a white pigment that can absorb UV light. I have no idea which paint you plan to use but as far as I know, 50% of the global use of TiO2 is paint usage. It really shouldn't be considered as a marketing USP. Out of interest, which brand of paint is upselling its TiO2 content?
