Oil boiler leaking pump

I think this has been asked before but I have a good picture and a video. My question is whether I can fix this myself. Here is the video

The pump is leaking from the hex labeled as "P".

Grateful for any suggestions.

That's pressure gauge port .
Turn of oil at tank remove plug make sure its clean wind ptfe or better still loctite 55 to make a sort of washer behind flange .
Tighten plug back in test out be careful not to get any loose ptfe or cord in pump.
