oil burner chimney pipe

The oil burner chimney pipe goes through wall 1 meter above burner and its heating the wallpaper the paper is now brittle and breaking off,

Is there a collar preferably a split collar that could go round this pipe ??

They are called 'Split Rosette Collars' if you search for them on the internet you should find what you want.
