Old Aluminum Windows playing up when closing them

Hi,
unsure how good the picture would reflect, but when i close the window, the top bit does not close as hermetic as it should be.
Is that an easy fix? or should I get a window man over to repair it?

I expect the plastic slider in the hinge has broken common fault it stops the window closing as it should, easy replacement, heavy window to handle though.
