Old Ceiling Rose to New - Five Wires

Hello,

We have recently moved in and the light was not working in one of the rooms. I have taken off the ceiling rose to fit a new fitting and this is what I have now...

I *think* the two reds are a permanent live which need isolating into a block, the black with red tape is a switched live and goes with the brown of the new fitting, the black wire is neutral and goes with the blue of the new fitting and the bare copper is the earth?

Is that right? Sorry. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thank you. I have read the guides on this forum but what I have is just slightly different. I'm not the most confident with electrics so thanks for confirming

looks like the last fitting on the lighting cct hence one feed cable and a switch cable your theory about the connections seems reasonable as well. sleeve the bare earths as well
