Old double skin cavity fill

Hi chaps

I have an old cavity roughly 50mm wide and I dont want to take down the inner skin to insulate as its a lot of work, the cavity is stone and breeze but its in and out a lot but want to insulate it if I can...is there a foam I can drill some holes in and fill it with, can you recommend?
