ODDS, the film "England, Whose England" that you posted actually predicts and mirrors much of the situations today, the first 2 speakers were totally correct and the areas highlighted have all become Migrant enclaves. Towards the end of the film there is a piece about Notting Hill Gate and a Protest March about the way the owner of the Mangrove Restaurant was treated and that treatment being racist, it then highlights the fact that the majority of the protesters were white (and going by the banners Socialists). The Pro Palestine protests are exactly the same, with the majority of the protesters being white socialists and not really knowing much about the reality of the situation.
