I covered a call out for a mate who was drunk, we didnt bother the management with it

I would love MBK to represent me. Although I have a trick up my sleeve, I know that the head of HR fancies me so I am going to give her a valentines card

My mate was an HGV driver for the Coop years ago he used to deliver the milk to various stores

He drove under a low bridge and several thousand bottles if milk ended up down the road

Rail way bridge was shut down in the rush hour for safety checks

Bloke from the Coop was not happy came out and sacked him on the spot

Told him he was total ladies Willy or words to that effect

Be honest, regretful and say you just didn’t want to get your friend into trouble and also not let the Customer down etc. you felt it was an impossible situation etc.
