Because of people that have rushed abroad, the schools are back, people are going back into the workplace, crowd events are going ahead and people have dropped their guard and are going into shops and indoor venues without masks. They should limit crowd sizes and make mask wearing mandatory on public transport and shops. That's my opinion.

Probably not. But some cultures are different.
No masks, no social distancing, good availability of tests.

Because we eased all restrictions. Nobody is wearing masks, the pubs and restaurants are open, everybody ignoring kids that are testing positive and spreading it.

You have to expand the data out a bit. We test a hell of a lot more than our similarly sized neighbours. The more you test, the more you find. We also classify died with covid as died from covid. Not everyone does this.

Double vaxxed people are dying, as well as the non-vaccinated.
But, we need to start living normally (which we are).
People need to choose to be sensible and wear a mask when they get on a bus, train, or go to the shops. Problem is, unless the government tells us to, most people don't. People moan about a "nanny state", but we are like children, and only do things when we are told by the grown ups we have to.

It's because so many people are being tested. Notice that the deaths don't rise and fall in line with the "cases".
A "case" is not the same as being ill with the disease, it is merely a positive test result, and the tests are very unreliable.

The level of testing hasn't changed significantly since wave 2. The case numbers and the positivity rates have varied heavily.
