Thanks I had never heard that round staffs. Come on though noseall you must have a better reply than, "ill take it on board" Why use Boyo if not for belittling people? You wouldn't do it in your daily life so why the need here? Like I said calling someone Boyo round our end will end in an A+E trip so why not just be the normal day to day you? Its easier and we won't think any less of you. X

Hey Mam. It's all good. Only asking very civil questions. I don't want this to turn into anything else please. X

Rugeley-ites must have adopted it then, as I've spent the sum total of 7 hours in Geordie-land, and didn't hear it there, in that time.

I have never heard that anywhere Midlands/East Midland based? Would actually like to know what Marra means? Mate? Mucka? it sounds like a shortening of TOMORROW as in I'll see you in the MARRA.

I use the term boyo because some people find it irritating, like using the thanks button as a pally back-slap, like bastardising someone's user-name, like adding unnecessary emoticons, blah, blah, blah.

Stick around Jon and you will soon see that it is not all one way traffic. I give as good as I get.
