thats pretty much it asfaik not including imports. These are all wired however. Only wireless uk modulating and WC stats are for glowworm and vaillant boilers only.

The best thought out of all the controls is the Vaillant range because you can get the WC version with a wireless connection to both the boiler and the outside sensor. With the iSense RF you still have to hardwire the sensor back to the boiler. The only drawback to the Vaillant range is that you can't get the option of either a modulating room stat or WC in the same box.

Certainly doesn't seem to be a lot of info on the Honeywell website regarding the 957. Perhaps they've got a warehouse full of older stock to shift first :p

You guys are defining and specifying exactly what weather compensation does. It has been the norm in the French and German markets for decades. Vaillant have an either-or option precisely because the two control systems are incompatible.

There are several makes of boiler where weather comp is a plug-in option at very little cost, and it is so simple to fit.

Worcester W/C has both indoor and outdoor sensors and you can set them easily to respond to your choice of proportions of each sensor.

thats cos its not available in the UK. they promised it to us 2yrs ago. Obviously we're not worthy

That still doesn't mean that they couldn't sell one box that gave the option of using either control scheme or some combination of both, eg the iSense and by the sound of it the Worcester version. Once the sensors are in place its just software.
