Outdoor Decking HELP PLS

    Hello all

    I'm looking to do my own decking my back garden. Just a few questions. How would i measure up the area. Area i want to cover is 7 x 3meters of grass situated out my garden. Anyone know any good tutorial videos/ reading materials?

    The area i want the decking to be is 7m x 3m. I haven't bought any materials yet? Where would be best value for money do you think?

    Probably local timber merchants or even ebay, anything under £1.75 per linear mtr for 120mmm wide is a good price.

    Just remember, you get what you pay for.

    If you buy the extra cheap decking timber, don't be surprised if it is poorly treated and doesn't last 15 years.
