Outside Partition Wall With Outhouse Falling Apart

I've been asked to renovate/project manage a house that needs a lot of repairs/maintenance. The owner has anxiety issues and doesn't want to communicate about the property right now, including questions like "who does this wall belong to?"

It's a partition wall in the garden and has a knackered outhouse attached to it, on the left of the image.

I'm not very experienced in brickwork but will give most of it a go rather than pay someone else.

It's quite tall, maybe 8 foot.

Question: What would people recommend I do with it (the wall). What tools should I use/buy?

Everything is on a low budget but if I save myself calling out a tradesperson or 8 hours of backbreaking work then I can justify a power tool if needed.

I've also attached a photo of the outhouse and also where the outhouse joins the house. The back courtyard is very small so it takes up what could be valuable space (valuable for what, I don't know since the ground is concreted). I'm wary that the outhouse is attached to the wall and so taking it down may weaken the wall? I'm also wary of the gaps between the outhouse and the house potentially causing problems.

Images are in the reverse order to how I mentioned them, sorry!)

Thanks for any suggestions/advice.

Sorry, was a bit long.

To make it look better and hopefully be stronger, should I scrape out the mortar and try and replace it? Should I remove the weeds and cover over the whole thing? (As it appears someone already did once).

Is there a reasonably priced power tool to do this or as I'm on a budget should I do it a bit at a time with some cheaper tool?

I don't know what tools to use for this.

I also need to know what tool to use to put new mortar in and what the easiest to use mortar is as I won't have a cement mixer.

Any advice on the attached outhouse would be welcome too.
