Outside Tap Thread Size

My outside tap is threaded, but a funny size. It is a little too big for 1/2"BSP, and too small for 3/4".

The tread diameter measures about 22mm, the tap has No. 2 written on it.

Anyone know what size it is, and where to get a fitting to connect my hose?

These taps are cheap as chips to buy. Why don't you just fit a new one?

It'll be 5/8ths then.

The Hozelock tap fitings have adaptors for that size.
