Outside Tap

My outside tap stopped working and have noticed that the connection from the tap to the wall plate had split and now the remainder of the tap is stuck in the wall plate which is soldered to pipe inside house.

need to know what to do as ain't paying £50 for a plumber to come out for 10 min job.

basically need to either find a way of removing remainder of damaged pipe of fitting new wall plate which currently is soldered to inside pipe which cannot remove

cut the pipe inside the house fit new section of pipe and wall plate.

thats if you don't mind buying any parts.
