Oven cable

Can anyone advise me on how to make the best of a bad job. I'm fitting a kitchen to a renovated apartment in Romania, which only has one elec circuit for the whole apartment! It doesn't even have an earth line.

I've fitted a bosch elec oven & earthed it through the central heating pipes.

What cable dia should I use? can I put an in line fuse somewhere? the fusebox is outside the apartment, 15m away, so its hard to run a new line just for the oven.

What do you guys advise I do, apart from run like the wind!

Dont do it!!

Your cable diameter could not be calculated correctly without an earth wire to ensure any fault current can be handled safely.
