1. what is the naughtiest thing you did as a kid and never got caught,
2. Does your conscience keep reminding you about it?

Me
1. I pinched some money off of a collection plate in my local church.
2. It did for a long time, but when I started work and had a few bob to spare, I put it in another collection with interest.

I was never naughty and never did anything wrong, it was always some other bstrd blaming it on me.

I got caned at school on more than one occasion, but the worst caning I had, six-of-the-best, was because bstrd blamed me.

Still, never did me any real harm.

This is far from being the worst thing I did, I suppose, but I did take a revolver to school to show my friends, once. I didn't have any ammunition for it. On another occasion I took a WWII canon shell which I'd found in a field, after I'd polished the brass casing to make it look nice.

I always had a knife with me. That was perfectly normal for schoolboys in those days, as far as I remember.

That makes me a Saint in comparison, apart from the knife, always had a penknife in my pocket, as did most kids and the teachers. We used them to sharpen our pencils which these days would be seen as a health and safety risk, kids with sharp pointed pencils, whatever next?

got caught with a bayonet at school.. took it for protection against a group of lads that had threatened my life for grassing them in ( the exact reason slips my mind )..
