as anybody had any problems getting the pb 1200 plus scanner to work from drivers supplied from their web site,it seems as though the driver does download,But when i press the button for it to scan,i get a message telling me that the scanner is not connected,i've uninstalled it then re-installed it,but keep getting the same message,any clues please.
