either cast your own or buy p.c.c. lintels from a builders yard.
150mm wide lintels are available. you will need to buy 3, 600mm long, by 150mm wide, by 100mm deep lintels all bedded on top of each other. this will give 225mm deep padstone.
or as i said earlier use some shuttering and cast your own.

there must be some hefty loads sitting on the padstone needing it to be that big
