paint expiry date

hi guys - been looking through my shed, found lots of unopened paint cans mostly emulsion paints for walls and sealings, dulux, crown etc....i remebered we bought these around 5-7 years ago from B&Q as they were clearing them and thought they would come handy, never did get to use them, all this time theyve been in the garden shed come winter/summer...i opened one up and it seems to be hard and yellowy, with all the oil bit on the top, after a good stir it seems to have turned into cottage cheese..lol, are these any good to use or shall i throow them all away...cheers
