Hello i currently live in a new built house, which is 2 years old, my partner wanted me to paint the kitchen and i accidently got some on the ceiling, i have painted over it with dulux white matt, but its a totally different colour at the moment, only painted 2 hours ago, will it dry to be the same? You will more than likely have to do the whole ceiling in afraid,even after a very short period of time the colour does change. After 2 years it will probably seem yellow compared to the fresh paint.
What thickness roller would you recommed for a smooth ceiling?
I always use a medium pile roller for Matt emulsion and short pile for vinyl silk.
Another tip, work in lines across the width of the ceiling, blending in each one as you go.
