Parquet Floor

I am just about to extend my dining room floor, the new pine parquet I have comes from 2 batches 1/2 of it has quite a pronounced grain while the other 1/2 is paler with a very tight grain. Will I get a better result if I mix the two randomly or make up each row of the matching type of grain, although I worry that the later might make it look a bit obvious and not blend in with the existing floor.
