I've been reading up and looking through several templates. I'm going to serve my notice next week. I am waiting on final plans to be submitted to building control.
My neighbour objected to my planning which is fine but it was passed as these were not valid.
I fully expect them to dispute. I have a couple of questions
1. Do any conditions specified in an award only relate to work on the party wall. Eg no noise between 0800 and 1000. Would that apply to the whole build?
2. Any lessons learned from others?
