Can you use 'oaste the wall' wallpaper over existing wallpaper?
Original walls are a bit shabby and existing paper would provide a good surface like lining paper.
Existing paper is super fresco with a flat finish and not suitable for bathrooms, (currently in a dressing room). I would normally never paper over paper but due to a member of the house having a severe dust allergy am trying to avoid creating any as much as possible. i.e. old paper fibres when stripping and new ones when cutting so trying to keep down to a minimum. Can't seal off the room as it's quite small and has no door fitted.
