Picket fence - with C16 regularised carcassing ok?

I'm putting up a picket fence with 1200mm pales and the widest span will be 1830mm.

Would this be ok to use for the rails? - C16 PREMIUM KILN DRIED REGULARISED TREATED CARCASSING 70 X 45MM.

It (and the rest of the fence) would be treated with Creocote. I kind of prefer the look vs. cant rails, plus I already have it.

It should be perfectly suitable so long as it is treated thoroughly, especially any cut ends.

Thanks. I gave it a few coats of Creocote although it didn't take very well. Maybe the damp weather and the fact it's treated already. Will treat it again in the summer.
