I saw this floating spur whilst out shopping with the other half yesterday.



And this piece of 1.5mm earth used for fuse wire up in Whitefield earlier today.

I take it you trashed the pins to stop it being used? Is it a NIT BS88 fuse holder?

It's a BS 88, the pins were trashed already, I was informed that somebody used them (the pins) to try and open a fuse board.
