That's uncanny - I was going to post the following picture earlier this week but forgot. Been to visit my grandparents, who have had some lovely 45 degree tiling done in the kitchen. Unfortunately straight around a socket which looks like it could do with replacing anyway: 
Isnt that called RETRO fitting....people pay lots of money to get that look these days.... LMAO...
