Textbook stuff. Is that added wiring going down into a kitchen, by any chance?
It was a TT installation I was working on.
There were no RCDs (or earth electrode for that matter) at all on the installation.
Those wires went to the centre light in the living room.
Someone had connected the light fittng red = live, black = neutral, blue = earth.
Strangely enough the 100mA type S RCD I installed tripped every time that light was switched on.
It took me 2 hours to track that junction box down
