DO we get a picture of how you fixed this issue?
I was there on an entirely unrelated issue. I did mention it to the factory foreman, but he didn't seem especially concerned
Write to the HSE, cc'ing the MD, stating your observations and the fact that you informed the person directly responsible for health and safety and what his attitude was.
