Pine floor - yellow spots. Woca Lye?

I need to finish off my freshly sanded pine floorboards. I am either going to paint them white, or use Woca Lye followed by Woca Oil. However, sanding the boards has revealed some yellow bits. As in this photo -

Does anyone know if the Woca Lye will cover these yellow bits? If not I will just go with white paint

Looks like wee.

Difficult to remove, you could try white vinegar.

The pine will darken over time, and this combined with any finish will probably make them unnoticeable, can't be 100% certain though.
