Have purchased a stand alone PIR, MI state no lower than 25 watts
the LED exterior fittings are rated at 6 watt each wanting to fit a pair.

Is it plain that the PIR will not operate correctly?

Is there a PIR that will switch such a low wattage?

Cheers

Will probably flash on and off. Just try it. It won't cause any harm. I suppose you could put a reistance into the circuit, but, sorry, can't tell you what.

Better quality PIRs have relay-switched outputs and do not care about minimum loads.

Best you take that back to the shop and get one that does not have a minimum load.
