Pitted mosaic tiles and grouting

Bought some mosaic tiles to form a nice colourful strip around the bathroom but they have holes/pitts as part of their design and I'm worried they will fill with grout. The tile shop sold me some sealant stuff but I think that is just to stop the staining.
Is there any way I can stop the grout going where it shouldn't, do I have to pick it out afterwards or will this just have to be part of the design?

When I did my mums bathroom with these they did indeed fill with grout, but it doesn't detract from the look at all. I wouldn't like to have to pick the grout out of the holes!!

Yep, just grout over em. I've got the same in my bathroom.
